Papas cambray al limón y cilantro

Ingredientes

  • 1 cebolla cortada en julianas
  • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
  • 2 chiles serranos en rodajas delgadas
  • Sal al gusto
  • 500 gramos de papas cambray cocidas y partidas a la mitad
  • 2 cucharadas de Oléico®
  • 1/2 taza de jugo de limón
  • 1 manojo de cilantro picado (sin tallos)
  • 100 gramos de queso Cotija

Preparación

1. Sofreír la cebolla con la mantequilla, el chile serrano y la sal hasta que se haga transparente. Sacar de la sartén y reservar.
2. Dorar las papas con Oléico®. Agregar el sofrito de cebolla y el jugo de limón, dejar que hierva hasta que se reduzca y tome consistencia de salsa (10 minutos aproximadamente).
3. Servir en un bowl. Añadir el cilantro y el queso cotija desmoronado y revolver. Se pueden consumir calientes o a temperatura ambiente. Ver productos
