Panela horneada con champiñones al ajillo

Ingredientes

  • 3 cucharadas de Oléico®
  • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
  • 1 chile de árbol seco en trozos
  • 1 chile guajillo en tiras sin semillas
  • 5 dientes de ajo rallados
  • 4 tazas de champiñones cortados en cuartos
  • 2 cucharadas de perejil picado
  • Sal al gusto
  • Pimienta quebrada al gusto
  • 1 panela chica

Preparación

1. Freír en Oléico® los chiles con el ajo rallado y la mantequilla a fuego bajo. Retirar y reservar.
2. Aumentar la flama a media-alta y cocer los champiñones a que doren y se evapore el líquido que suelten. Agregar los chiles, el perejil picado y salpimentar al gusto.
3. Colocar sobre la panela y meter al horno precalentado a 175 ºC por 15 minutos.
4. Servir sobre rebanadas de baguette o galletas. Ver productos
