Champiñones rellenos

Ingredientes

  • 1 cucharada de Oléico®
  • 1/4 taza de cebolla finamente picada
  • 1 diente de ajo rallado
  • 200 gramos de carne molida
  • 1/2 paquete de queso crema
  • 1/4 taza de queso parmesano
  • 1/4 taza de pan molido
  • 1 cucharada de perejil picado
  • 10 hojas de albahaca finamente picadas
  • Pimienta al gusto
  • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
  • 24 champiñones blancos grandes

Preparación

1. Freír en Oléico® la cebolla, el ajo y la carne molida. Una vez cocida y dorada, agregar el queso crema y el queso parmesano y revolver hasta que se derritan.
2. Retirar del fuego y agregar el pan molido, las hierbas y las especias.
3. Con una brocha engrasar con la mantequilla los champiñones. Una vez engrasados, rellenar con la mezcla de carne y hornear por 13 minutos o hasta que los champiñones se suavicen en el horno precalentado a 200◦C.
4. Servir calientes o a temperatura ambiente. Ver productos
