Ingredientes

  • 3 cucharadas de Oléico® Gourmet Mezcla Campirana
  • 2 cebollas en julianas
  • 1/3 taza de vinagre balsámico
  • 600 gramos de ejotes cocidos
  • 100 gramos de queso Cotija

Preparación

1. Saltear la cebolla con el aceite y agregar el vinagre balsámico.
2. Una vez que reduzca el vinagre, agregar los ejotes para que se bañen y calienten.
3. Poner en un platón y espolvorear con queso cotija desmoronado.
4. Disfrutar todavía calientes o en frío. Ver productos
