Ingredientes

  • 4 jitomates bola grandes y firmes pero maduros
  • 1/4 de cebolla
  • 3 cucharadas de vinagre
  • 1/4 taza de Oléico®
  • 1 rebanada de 2 cm de bolillo remojado en agua purificada
  • 1 diente de ajo
  • Sal al gusto
  • Pimienta al gusto
  • 1 aguacate en cubos
  • 1 taza de crutones

Preparación

1. Licuar todo junto menos el aguacate y los crutones, y pasar por un colador.
2. Meter a refrigerar durante mínimo una hora y disfrutar en frío con trozos de aguacate y los crutones. Ver productos
