Crema de champiñones y vino blanco

Ingredientes

  • 1 cebolla chica finamente picada
  • 3 cucharadas de Oléico® Gourmet Mezcla Campirana
  • Sal al gusto
  • Pimienta al gusto
  • 1 cucharadita de semillas de hinojo
  • 400 gramos de champiñones rebanados
  • 1 papa chica en cubos
  • 3/4 tazas de vino blanco
  • 2 tazas de caldo de pollo
  • 1 taza de leche
  • 80 gramos de queso roquefort

Preparación

1. Caramelizar la cebolla con Oléico® Gourmet Mezcla Campirana, la sal, la pimienta y las semillas de hinojo.
2. Agregar los champiñones para que doren a fuego alto.
3. Añadir la papa, el vino blanco, el caldo de pollo y la leche. Cocer hasta que las papas se suavicen.
4. Licuar todo y regresar a la cazuela para volver a calentar.
5. Servir y agregar el queso roquefort desmoronado. Ver productos
