Falafel (tortitas de garbanzo y perejil)

Ingredientes

  • 6 dientes de ajo
  • 400 gramos de garbanzos ya cocidos (de lata o naturales)
  • 1 taza de perejil picado bien compactado
  • 1 taza de cilantro
  • 1/3 taza de cebolla picada finamente
  • 1/3 taza de harina
  • 1 cucharada de jugo de limón
  • 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
  • Sal al gusto
  • 1 cucharadita de comino en polvo
  • Pimienta al gusto
  • Oléico® al gusto

Preparación

1. Moler todos los ingredientes excepto Oléico® en un procesador hasta que quede una masa tersa. Refrigerar por 1 hora cubierta de plástico.
2. Hacer bolas del mismo tamaño y aplanar ligeramente. Poner a freír con Oléico® hasta que doren de ambos lados. Disfrutar con jocoque o con un pan pita acompañado de jitomate, pepino y cebolla morada.
