Ingredientes

  • 2 cucharadas de Oléico®
  • 200 gramos de espinaca baby
  • 100 gramos de requesón
  • 1 taza de queso cheddar rallado
  • 1/4 taza de queso parmesano
  • Sal al gusto
  • Pimienta al gusto
  • 8 tortillas de harina

Preparación

1. Saltear las espinacas con 1 cucharada de Oléico® hasta que se suavicen. Agregar los quesos para derretirlos y sazonar al gusto con sal y pimienta.
2. Rellenar las tortillas y poner a dorar en una sartén o comal con la otra cucharada de Oléico®.
