Pollo dulce a la mostaza

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 taza de mayonesa
  • 3 cucharadas de mostaza
  • 3 cucharadas de miel de abeja
  • 1/2 cucharadita de paprika
  • 8 muslos de pollo con piel
  • 2 cucharadas de Oléico®

Preparación

1. Revolver la mayonesa con la mostaza, la miel y la paprika. Sacar la ¼ parte de esta mezcla y untarla en los muslos de pollo.
2. En una sartén con Oléico® dorar los muslos de pollo por todos los lados y colocar en una charola para hornear cubierta con papel encerado. Hornear por 25 minutos o hasta que los muslos estén cocidos por completo en un horno a 200° C
3. Sacar del horno, servir y bañar con el resto de la salsa acompañado de verduras al vapor y puré de papa. Ver productos
