Aguacates rellenos de atún

Ingredientes

  • 4 aguacates
  • 3 latas de atún en agua
  • 2 jitomates saladet picados en cubos chicos
  • 1/2 pepino cortado en cubos chicos
  • 1/4 de cebolla morada picada finamente
  • 2 cucharadas de Oléico® Gourmet Mezcla Campirana
  • 2 cucharadas de vinagre de jalapeños en escabeche
  • Sal al gusto
  • Pimienta al gusto

Preparación

1. Partir los aguacates por la mitad y quitar el hueso. Con una cuchara sacar un poco de la pulpa para hacer espacio y machacarla ligeramente.
2. Drenar las latas de atún y agregar el resto de los ingredientes. Sazonar al gusto y agregar la pulpa del aguacate que se sacó y se machacó.
3. Rellenar los aguacates con esta ensalada y servir en frío.
4. Acompañar con galletas saladas o tostadas.
