Ingredientes

  • 4 cucharadas de Oléico®
  • 1 taza de arroz blanco (no precocido)
  • Sal al gusto
  • 3 tazas de agua
  • 2 chiles serranos
  • 2 dientes de ajo

Preparación

1. Poner a calentar Oléico® junto con el arroz en una cazuela que tenga tapa. Freír sin dejar que dore o agarre color el arroz. Agregar el agua previamente salada junto con los chiles y los ajos aplastados con un cuchillo.
2. Traer a un hervor y bajar la flama a lo más bajo que se pueda. Tapar y dejar así de 25 a 30 minutos. Apagar, destapar, revolver y volver a tapar para dejar que repose unos 10 minutos. Disfrutar como acompañamiento de tus platillos favoritos. Ver productos
