Arroz con champiñones

Ingredientes

  • 2 dientes de ajo
  • 2 cebollas en cubos pequeños
  • 500 gramos de champiñones cortados en mitades
  • 1 cucharada de Oléico®º
  • 2 cucharadas de salsa inglesa
  • Sal al gusto
  • Pimienta al gusto
  • 3/4 tazas de arroz
  • 1 taza de agua
  • 2 cucharadas de mantequilla
  • 3 tallos de cebolla cambray rebanados

Preparación

1. Saltear la cebolla, el ajo y los champiñones con Oléico® en una cazuela que tenga tapa hasta que se transparente la cebolla.
2. Agregar la salsa inglesa y dejar evaporar. Sazonar con sal y pimienta.
3. Agregar el arroz y el agua. Traer a un hervor y bajar la flama para que hierva muy suavemente. Tapar y dejar cocinar por 25-30 minutos o hasta que se evapore toda el agua.
4. Destapar y agregar la mantequilla junto con los tallos de cebolla cambray.
5. Servir y disfrutar.
6. Se le puede agregar un poco de queso rallado y crema. Ver productos
