Pasta Alfredo con camarones y brócoli

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 litros de crema
  • 1 taza de queso parmesano rallado
  • 1 ajo rallado
  • 1 cucharada de consomé de pollo en polvo
  • Pimienta al gusto
  • 2 cucharadas de Oléico®
  • 600 gramos de camarones pelados y desvenados
  • 1 cabeza de brócoli en trozos y previamente cocida
  • 400 gramos de la pasta de tu elección previamente cocida

Preparación

1. Revolver la crema, el queso, el ajo, el consomé y la pimienta y calentar hasta que el queso se disuelva en la crema y hierva ligeramente por 4 minutos.
2. Saltear los camarones con 2 cucharadas de Oléico®, agregar el brócoli, la pasta y la salsa. Calentar todo junto hasta que la pasta y el brócoli tomen temperatura.
3. Se puede espolvorear con un poco de hojuelas de chile seco. Ver productos
