  • Oléico® oil is good for the heart, due to its high content of good fats (monounsaturated) that reduce bad cholesterol levels (LDL).
  • Cooking frequently with Oléico® helps to increase sensitivity to insulin. This is a benefit for anyone’s health, however it is a greater benefit to those that suffer from diabetes, especially type 2, where resistance to the hormone is built up.
  • It has a high content of Vitamin E, a natural antioxidant that helps cells to interact in the correct way, stimulates the immune system and helps to dilate blood vessels, which improves circulation and prevents blood clots from forming.

  • Withstands high temperatures. When oil is heated above its smoke point (when it starts to smoke), it loses its properties and becomes harmful. Oléico can be used to prepare food normally without the risk of smoking easily, since it withstands up to 230°C before smoking occurs.
